Part 1 will introduce some basic concepts of what stormwater is and why it needs to be managed, Part 2 will look at some of the issues with stormwater in cities and some of the environmental and public health risks of improper management, Part 3 presents current techniques in America for traditional stormwater management and some of their failings, Part 4 provides some practical examples of green infrastructure and how it can be applied in practice, and finally Part 5 concludes on the use of green infrastructure as a sustainable solution to stormwater management.
